So what can you expect to find here? That's...a really good question. A little bit of everything. This journal is just that, a journal. I hold nothing back and -- I'm a girl. That means I will gush about stupid things, complain about the entire male population and how clueless they can be sometimes, give my thoughts on life, a movie review from time to time, post lyrics and song links, mindless memes, rants, raves, post when I'm extremely upset and superbly happy. I post a lot about my faith, my church, and the drama/chorale group I'm in, and every now and then I post excerpts of the novel I am working on just to tease people. I like to torture my friends. Is that wrong?

If you hadn't guessed by now, I'm pretty proud of my Scottish heritage. Mary Queen of Scots, the one who was beheaded...come on, think back on your history. You'll get it eventually. Anyway, she's my great great times whatever grandmother. So technically I am royalty and deserve to be bowed to. It'll never happen and the only way I'm ever acknowledged as being royal is when I'm called a royal pain. I get no respect. Disclaimer: I am not related to Rodney Dangerfield.

Well hello there, random. I have an inexplicable love for Conan O'Brien. Jay Leno makes me laugh more than Conan does more often than not, but I am so in love with this freakishly tall, redheaded man that it's unnatural. My point is, I'm a little odd. And I'm a writer. So that should just explain it all away right there. Right? *twitch* I also like lots of bloodshed in movies I watch and collect elephants. Could I be any more random? I don't think so. Not even if I tried.

In case you couldn't tell, I am a HUGE Philly Eagles fan. "But don't you live in New England?" Why yes, yes I do. And no, I do not like the Patriots. In fact, I can't stand Tom Brady. :D *waves to all the Pats fans*

This is where I admit how much of a nerd I really am. I adore Teen Titans. And X-Men. Never got into the comics but as a kid I was so into the cartoons that it was ridiculous. For a good few years I ran a couple X-Men RPG games on GJ that were pretty successful and gained me some lifelong friends. It only fed my addiction more, but it also let me grow as a writer, being able to interact in such a creative environment with other people who were so talented in maneuvering characters I was so familiar with and having them stay so in character.
